Upon entering our clinic you will be greeted by a member of the team. Our waiting area is designed to inform you and immediately put you at ease. You will be informed exactly what will happen and you will be provided with a refreshment of your choice. We encourage patients to bring a friend or family member for extra support and they are welcome to use our reception as they please. You will be guided to the consultation or treatment room where one of our specialists will be ready for you.

We believe discretion is a very important part of your experience and the clinic has been designed around this ethos. It is a very private environment and includes a private payment room and a discreet exit that avoids the reception area for those who wish to use it. We are also able to offer exclusive use of the clinic where you will be the only patient on our premises should you wish this added element of privacy.

Mr Patrick Mallucci has set a standard of care and practice which is reflected by his entire team. Being based at Mallucci London gives him the opportunity to be available and present when his patients need him the most.  We only use experts in their fields who have a wealth of knowledge and continuously deliver outstanding care.
